To place your ad, please contact Shelly at shellyr@clearwire.net. Wiara is a 14.1hh loving Level 2 Registered Arab. She is full of energy, playfulness, enjoys a sweet disposition, incredibly intuitive, athletic with flying lead changes, light to the leg, and has had lots of ground work and riding in a Parelli bareback pad, Western saddle, and bridle. She also ground ties, clips, loads, and stands perfectly for the vet. She is extremely bright and loves to work at liberty in the arena, and play on the 45' line. I think she would be a great arena horse as she likes to be collected and is soft in the arena. Wiara has extensive trail experience, handles plastic, strange objects, and deals with surprises with a level head. Wiara has had one very loving home with pasture turnout and stalled at night. She is NOT a dominant mare and makes a great pasture mate. She has no scary issues. The work required for her is with transitions and impulsiveness. Her training has been mostly Parelli with lessons with Marc, Pagosa instructors, and Robyn Smith. She is in excellent health with no previous injuries or sickness of any kind. Wiara is current on vaccinations, excellent barefoot care, and dental care. I'm only selling her because I don't feel I have the time she deserves with the constraints of having young children. $1,500 to a Parelli home - Bothell, WA Call Robyn 206-351-1248 or email at rjsmith@equinelifesolutions.com
Right brained Extrovert by nature - for those who love a naturally spirited, sweet horse with loads of personality - here she is! Can be Introverted, very playful when worked with and left brained. Beautiful, warmblood type - 1/2 Thoroughbred, 3/8 Quarter Horse, and 1/8 Clydesdale. 15hh, bay, agile, athletic, smart and fast. Started as a 2 year old with Natural Horsemanship methods. Solid Parelli Level 2 horse - lots of ground work - liberty in round pen - all 7 games. Supple under saddle, beautiful frame, very soft and responsive. Free jumps confidently and well - I think she'd be a great Eventing prospect - will excel in dressage for sure! Beautiful mover, capable of advanced, athletic collection/maneuvers. Smart enough to work cows??? Perfect project horse for someone looking for their next Natural Horsemanship partner or Eventing project. Looking for nice, safe, patient home/owner. Current on all vaccinations (will need West Nile booster this spring), current on worming, excellent barefoot hoofcare, excellent health. Pictures are from last summer and fall. She's currently much fuzzier, but starting to shed! More pictures available. Excellent broodmare prospect, too! E-mail is best way to contact me. $1,900 OBO - will lease or take payments to the right home - Yakima, WA Call Shannon at 775-224-7872 or email at fastwalker8@yahoo.com Benny is 14.3hh and gorgeous! He has been bold and playful since the day he was born! Pics taken in the winter, so they don't do him justice. Working on Level 2, on the 22' Line. He wants to play with you; wants to challenge you. Will only come to you at liberty if you really prove that you are the alpha! You must have the energy and athleticism to meet him at his level. Great for a young adult at Level 3, with time and energy. Wouldn't give him up except that we have too many horses, and my son is in college now. Benny has a lot of potential, but I am just too slow and old to work with this guy. He is an easy keeper, and no need for shoes. $1,500 - Wauna, WA Call Diane at 509-895-1645 or email at diane.ramsey@worldnet.att.net Misty is 13.2hh, easy to work with, and trained to a solid Level 2. My son likes to take her on fast trail rides He doesn't try to slow her down too much. Might be a good Pony Club or gaming prospect. She still needs leadership from someone who knows what they are doing - preferably using the Parelli method, of course. Misty is not slow enough or dead broke enough for a young child or a complete beginner. A Level 3 student could easily take her to Level 3 from where she is right now. She is an easy keeper, and no need for shoes $1,500 - Wauna, WA Call Diane at 509-895-1645 or email at diane.ramsey@worldnet.att.net Diva is FREE to Parelli student. She is 13.2hh, and has obviously been beaten before. When we first got her, we couldn't even raise a hand to offer her a carrot without her shying away! Now, she has excellent ground manners and wants attention. She can be led by a child, and has great manners in the herd also. We have used her as a babysitter for our yearlings and young horses. If they misbehave, she puts them in a corner and makes them stay there! We used approach and retreat for a long time to get her to accept the saddle. Eventually, my son was able to ride her. She is very sensitive and can be very defensive due to her traumatic past. She does not misbehave when she is defensive - she is terrified. This is the only horse that has ever bucked my son off, until we figured out how to work with her. He just doesn't have the time any more, since he is in college. She is yours, if you understand how to use the Parelli method slowly, but firmly, so she feels secure. $1,500 - Wauna, WA Call Diane at 509-895-1645 or email at diane.ramsey@worldnet.att.net Gunner is a 15.3hh or so, Registered Quarterhorse gelding. He is a kind, strong horse who has been with us for the past 5 years and is just too tall for us. He has had Level 1 groundwork and attended a Level 1 clinic early on. His 8 other herd mates are all Parelli trained and handled. We will only let Gunner go to another “Parelli” home, meaning one with a serious active or aspiring Parelli student. To support that we will include 5 hours of private lessons with Marc and a Level 1 Home Study Program (or Level 2 Program if you already have the Level 1) in the asking price. We will also help deliver if possible. $1,650 - Winthrop, WA Call Frank at 509-996-2562 or email at mustangs@leaningfir.com
